Citizens Supermarket Branch, Springville, NY

The staff here are wonderful. I have had only positive experiences with the bank it self. I had a goof with a direct deposit many years ago when they changed from Charter One to Citizens Bank. The local branch straightened it out notifying people and the credit rating services that it was an error in the system. They covered the overdraft fees that happened.
