I have read the reviews and man. I can't say the same because my loan officer Nessi has been with me and continued to help me time and time again. If u need a loan I would ask for her she works with you and makes sure u understand everything.

What's with all the negative comments?? First of all I want to thank all the staff from Direct Cash LLC. Always making sure if my Financial position is okay. Yes they can be very direct about their money but hey! If you owe..YOU OWE!..Anyways my wife and I would like to give a HUGE SHOUT out to NESSI!!! She has been a huge help and very supportive. Thanks to her, My kids will actually have a great Christmas this year. And we r very greatful for that. I really hope my wife doesn't read this only because I am going to mention that she teared up knowing that we r finally catching up. Scam 10+ times a day robocall company that is lying to people to try and get money from them. They will call over and over all day, spamming nonstop too. Reported them to the proper agencies.

They lie to customers take there money. Threatening with law suits and then take money out of your account

Claims I owe them money never heard of them before

I have recently changed jobs and I called them and spoke directly to a person. I was going from weekly to biweekly payments and the lady said it was taken care of. I looked at my account today for checking and I'm 95 dollars in the hole because they tried to take out a payment on my off week. I am very distraught. Very upset. I talked to an actual person. Even with the recording that says that our " call is recorded".
