Fair and polite. Went through the whole pandemic with late payments and they worked with me. Hoping to not need to pay 18% anymore but it did help when i needed it. My mistake was i purchased an unreliable 2011 bmw with high mileage. If i had purchased a more reliable car, I would have had no problem with the payments and would give them 5stars instead or 4. Recommend to people who only need it. thank you.

They work with incredibly sketchy dealers. They Works with a dealer that was allowed to cancel an auto contract After it had already been funded And the first payment had already been made. They allow the dealer to cancel the contract and keep my down payment. We spoke to five different people at the bank and they all told us something different.

If I could leave zero stars I would First of all they deal with the SHADIEST car dealerships - ones that get closed for fraud. Which makes sense because they’re even worse ! Customer service ? AWFUL. No compassion whatsoever ever. Get into an accident ? Try to change your policy to just liability to keep it in affect until you get a new car, they laugh and ask why you would need insurance if your care if a total loss. All together an AWFUL AWFUL company. If your car dealership works with these people RUN FAR AND RUN FAST. Oh and the “owner” Ronald and the manager “Denise” and the manager “Nia” are the worst people to try to talk to. AWFUL AWFUL BUSINESS.

This lending company is absolutely the worse lending company I have ever experienced. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone they are unfair unreasonable and they are greedy. Don't trust them this company are scam artists. And they're staffing is very rude and disgusting. Never ever use them they pray on the poor

I finally paid off my overpriced old car. They had the nerve to tell me that I will be charged an extra $80.00 for insufficient funds. are you kidding me? Let's get the rest of her blood squeezed since she is rid of us. Two words...NEVER AGAIN. I was never late on a payment. They just couldn't let me go with a good experience of paying off the car .

They don't deserve even 1 star. 30 month lease and you miss one payment, these fools won't even email you a statement of all your payments. I promise if you call me again and threaten to repo my car (owe 210) cause of fines. You will spend plenty more on coming to get it. Rethink your practice. One more threatening phone call, which I record them all, you will have a lawsuit bigger than you think. Stay away from this lender. They lend to the fools that rotate visas

They don't report your payments to any credit bureaus at all I have a car that I purchased over a year ago. The car place shut down almost a month after my purchase. I was told they would report this to all 3 credit bureaus and that was a lie. I asked them to come get the vehicle because of financial hardships and they said it goes on my credit as a repo and I'm still responsible for paying for the vehicle even if they come get it. Stay away from these modern day crooks you can do better.
