Worst company. They lie and say bank reverse ach payment but it really Exeter and they don’t give reason why. So you have to pay return fee and late fees. Do not use them as loan service

This company is a joke. I have been a faithful paying customer for 3+ yrs. Have never missed a payment recently lost My job to covid. And i asked what procedures they had in place... NONE i am still required to make the full payment during a national pandemic In addition, i asked for a pay off quote.. and they quoted me at the exact same price ig not more for my loan wdf? They do not work with there customers at all.

In June of 2018 most my car loan was paid off by my insurance. I was awaiting my warrant money to come in that was told to me by Exeter, would cover the remaining cost and if there was any other money owed NYS gap insurance would cover it. In other words I shouldn’t make payment on my account,that was a lie!!Also, I was informed the manager that was training staff to say NYS GAP will cover remaining balences was fired!!! In September my credit was effected and I was past due on this account. I called in and they told me I would have to pay $800+ to settle the account and close it out. The following week I called to pay the amount and it was down to $660. I paid it. October 2018 I called becuase I received a check for the amount I paid. They then informed me I have a past due balence of $550 and that I’m past due 98 days. In other words they just want to string me along and take money from me, effect my credit score, and cause me emotional distress. DONT GET A LOAN WITH THEM!!!!!!!

It’s quite fair to say this is the absolute worse financial company to use if needed to finance a car. Customer service is not only unprofessional but they continuously provide customers with incorrect information. It’s completely unethical to lie to customers. Don’t use this company.

Exetor finance known for their apologies of not resolving issues. All issues are to big for this company to handle. The company with the pointless call center, the company that pays their reps to apologize for every inconvienance they cause but could never resolve the issue at hand in a timely manner. HORRIBLE, STAY AWAY. Crooks!!!!

I’ve of 19 months of payments and my principal only went down around 800$ makes no sense I called because 4 months not .01$ went to my principal all the months are different why I ask and I got all rude people when ask for a higher up they just keep giving another customer service person ma’am they’re just going to tell you what I said Caveat emptor (buyer beware) the worse company EVER…they’ll take your money but play dumb when you have questions tried to return it but then liable for rest of loan pos vehicle pos financing company

Worst bank to deal with. I am not even sure why they are still in business. If you have to deal or do business with this bank please run and don’t look back. Their workers are not trained they are unprofessional not knowledgeable and constantly give the wrong information. No one knows what they are doing do not communicate well and just ignorant. If there was a way to give zero stars I would.Not to mention they lie and give you the run around. After paying off and asked for my title they claimed they mailed it to me in NJ then they claimed they mailed it to NY Dmv then they gave me an address that I never heard of and told me that’s where the title was mailed to. They gave me 4 different stories..
