I was so happy with my watch repairs over the years..UNTIL TODAY..the young lady with the glasses was just plain rude, making it a point to throw pricing down my throat, rather than discuss trouble shooting issues about my watch repair..immediately gave me back my watch when I questioned her knowledge of watch repairs as if “you don’t like it then leave” attitude..BTW they send most repairs out and DO NOT REPAIR IN HOUSE..way to go pretty young lady with THE UGLY ATTITUDE !!
