The employees at Morton Lane Federal Credit Union go over and above helping their customers. Awesome staff...always helpful, polite and very knowledgable.

My mother banked with them for 30 + years and recently passed away. I informed them of her passing...they didn't offer condolences, they closed her accounts after being advised transactions were processing, and never explained what documents were needed to confirm her estate. This the most disheartening experience I ever had with any corporation...as my mom was on a first name basis with most the staff. I'm now forced to close all accounts due to the poor service.
