Normally fast an easy business day. Now i am waiting for the person that does notarization but taking fir ever. Sad to say but will go to another office if this takes more than 5 more minutes. Customer never has to wait this long. Maybe old fashion but my way.

Kadija was very lovely and patient she talked me through the new ITM system helping me get my pin set up. She was also very thorough with making sure that there wasn't any fraud on my account and assured me on my account security!
