In person visits are great, online bank is the worst. Other banks don't sleep on the job. Always putting account in sleep mode, they tell the customer want to do"Login more"?Read the other reviews. Costumer service says they can't help. You got to go in during a pandemic. It's not bank happy... It's bank asleep.

My main bank

I'll give them two stars because they give you the information you're looking for but omg.. They are so rude, I do not like to give bad reviews but honestly, each time I called them they treat me like they don't want to deal with me.

Linda is great she's the only one I will deal with.

I do all my banking here. The staff are amazing and awesome, very polite, and professional. I would highly recommend Community Bank to anyone who is looking for a great bank.
