The person I signed up with was very nice and professional. Got my loan quickly and only complaint is high interest rate but that's because of my credit so not really their fault.

Would not recommend this place at all the branch manager there name Jessica seems to think she could get away with being a nasty unprofessional branch manager but tell you who to come with to there office and having a problem with doing customer service she needs to be demoted and retrained , to how to stay in her lane and learn how to treat customer,s and have more skill,s and not complain about what she's paid to do in the first place if she doesn't want to deal with customers find a new courier ,if you don't like people calling the office there at the bay plaza in Webster , rather it's once or a dozen of times ,if you don't know the person,s situation I advise learn or get retrained in customer service again. to do

I was seen in a timely manner. The service i was given was perfect five. The atmosphere was very warming and the staff was courteous and friendly. I was overall very pleased to do business with one main financial. They really really helped me in my financial situation THANKS ONE MAIN FINANCIAL

Get a loan elsewhere, this place is greedy nothing more applied for a loan with 750 credit score & was forced to put up my car when had I done my proper research I could have gotten a loan with a different company without putting a lien on my vehicle which I didn’t even need with such a good credit score. I also would’ve gotten a different apr & higher loan. I will never get a loan from them again. This place also doesn’t believe in working with its customers. It can be hard to get people on the phone & they are only nice & courteous people when they want you to apply for their loans once they have you trapped in they treat you like a number.

After I was able to make contact i was pleasantly surprised with the amount of professionalism and customer service. This branch not only was helpful with the process of closing my loan but they also had a comforting vibe which I think is so great to have when dealing with finances. I am so happy I came here

Mercedes was amazing. She was not pushy and explained all the details of my loan. She upsold me on insurance, which is a good thing. I know business need to make money and where I am currently financially this was a good loan for me. Look forward to doing business again!
