Closing a house is a hard and stressful process. Doing it in a pandemic is a nightmare. Michael was the one person I could always call as an advisor. He always went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I would have spent 10x more money with all the unexpected turns in my closing process had it not been for Michael. What's even most meaningful is he truly cares about all of his customers interests. Even after the deal was closed I ran into an issue with my StateFarm agent. Michael was quick to get involved and get me the refund I needed. Our professional relationship was already over and he did this purely out of character. Michael is a great man and a trusted advisor. I found Mark through Google reviews. I'm glad I did. We finally decided to purchase our first home after renting for years. We were not sure how the home buying process would go during the COVID pandemic. My research recommended a pre-approval from about 3 lenders to compare. Mark was the most helpful out of the 3 local lenders that I applied for a mortgage pre-approval. He was very responsive right from the start! On my first call, he gave us a very competitive rate. The other lenders I inquired with had to get back to me at a later time but also gave us a higher rate. Mark's closing fees were also lower than the other lenders' fees. Final closing amounts were also very close to his estimates which was a big relief for us. No surprises! He guided us throughout the process. He had patience and was very professional and clarified any questions we had. We were very satisfied with his services and would definitely work with him in the future if needed.
