Did like this bank at first. People were very helpful. Problem is online banking doesn't work great. I keep getting locked out and today I tried to ask why this keeps happening and they gave me an attitude like it was my fault. Again tried to explain what is happening and they hung up on me. Also a while back I had a check book stolen and they told me they couldn't do anything about it. I asked if I could close out the account and re open one and told me it would be hard to do that since my wife's name is on it also. Luckily I don't think it was stolen and nobody used it.

The customer service is not to be desired and the online banking app is atrocious.

Not a member. But brand new building with drive thru, plenty of parking and easy in and out to road.
