First Citizens Community Bank, Wellsville, NY

The Wellsville branch is EXTREMELY badly managed! ATM is either broken or out of money WAY too frequently! Notary service is offered, yet when you go in, they refuse to notarize papers, because they are "not comfortable"... seriously? As long as proper ID is provided, what business is it of theirs WHAT you are having notarized? They are just singing that they WITNESSED the person singing the papers... again none of their business! These problems very rarely happen at the Genesee PA branch! It's almost worth the extra drive to do our banking in Genesee!

Employees are super friendly, and they care! It's that small town banking experience that is needed in this impersonal time we live in. The mobile app is easy to use, and has all the functionality that l need. You are able to check your realtime balance, pay bills, and do mobile deposit with ease. There are other choices to bank with in the area, and l would choose fccb every time.

The only thing this bank has going for them is helpful people in the branch.
