Do not put your money in this bank. My grandparents started me off with a savings account here. As I have gotten older I have left money in the account as an emergency account. Recently, a coworker of my mom sent me a picture of a what Seneca penny saver article with names and addresses of all them people that that are owners of certain unclaimed property. Instead of posting articles in the penny saver they should try sending a letter, they obviously knew my address because they published in the penny saver. I think it’s ridiculous that if the money is going to go on claimed they’re going to pay it out to the comptroller.

The worst bank in WNY!! I’ve banked there for 10 years and the start advertising their auto loan sale. I have 5 years left on my current one and if I can go through them and make a cheaper payment then why not? Instead of calling me, they send me a letter as if I’m someone off the street not connected with their bank and decine me!! I have good credit! My paycheck and CA disability are both direct deposit there!! Screw them!! I’m taking my business elsewhere!! Not to mention they still owe me 25 dollars when I overpaid on the credit card there!! Where’s my money you owe me?!?

The credit union decided to change from one separate ATM card to another, and the one I have stopped working. Needed to take out money for a truck payment. Declined twice because they shut off the card. Do not currently have the new card in hand. Tried calling, no one answered. Absolutely fed up with this place.

I have been with this credit union for years and have been nothing but satisfied with all the services offered. The tellers and officers have always been professional, pleasant and have addressed my questions or needs in a timely manner. I can't imagine how or why anyone would give this group of people a less than satisfactory rating. Don't hesitate to join this credit union, you won't regret the decision to bank here.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience here. The customer service was amazing and staff was so positive. Setting up an account was quick and easy. We were well informed of all our options and promotions going on. Two thumbs up!

Bank card works when it wants, they spent all that money in a drive thru but can't put a ATM in to deposit cash, or checks. Workers are great just over-all I go to m&t now for most stuff
