How is the working public supposed to conduct business with a bank that closes at 3 pm (4pm drive thru) for 3 days a week and graces its customers with ability to go in at until 4pm for the other two days? It makes very hard to do business that's what.

I can’t say enough good things about this bank, let alone this particular office. My time working for CBNA as a teller was phenomenal and I recommend banking here to everyone that I know. At every branch in the greater Utica area you will find excellent and personable customer service from tellers, CSRs, branch managers, and above. You are treated like a person, not a number, and that is coming from a lifelong customer and former employee. When I moved almost six months ago and had to leave the bank, I was devastated. I would have loved to have stayed with CBNA if I had been moving near a location, however, there are none currently in Georgia. Even though I no longer live in the area I still do all of my banking with them and will continue to do long as I am able. Anyone who tries to tell you they’ve had a negative experience with the Westmoreland branch, let alone CBNA as a whole, I can safely say that they’re either lying or upset because it was their own fault and would rather blame the bank than take responsibility. Don’t be fooled, this is an amazing local company that will continue to grow and do great things, as will their employees. If you aren’t there already, go open up an account as soon as you can. You won’t last at your other banks very long after you do.

The worst had account hacked into twice let it get overdrawn to 3000 now I have to pay it all back no 24 hour help ridiculous
