I would absolutely recommend this Probate Advance Company after having some scary experiences with other companies that are shady, I was searching around re-searched them & was lucky enough to speak with Nicole who is not only very professional but very pleasant to speak with she was kind & understanding during my stressful time, they were fast, efficient did their research on my Father's Estate correctly and helped me right away! Her other colleagues John and staff got back to me right away, THIS COMPANY IS SUPERB!

Started off good. I understand that every estate may not be ideal for their process but the least they could do is stay in communication. I tried multiple times to see if they were going to be able to assist me, but they stopped returning my calls and didn’t have the decency to at least give me an answer. I would not recommend them as a business due to the fact they can’t follow through with their communication. Guess if it’s a yes then they would have the courage to let you know!!

Received an unsolicited piece of mail from them. Won’t even open it. Looks like a sleazy scam, smells like a sleazy scam. Preying on people isn’t a good business practice. I’m warning everyone who gets their unwanted solicitation to throw it out. Don’t let them rip you off. Scumbags. It’s a shame I had to give the one star - would have like to give negative stars.

This company has been amazing! Especially Nicole, she is very responsive and explains the process in detail. She made the process run smoothly from start to finish. I would recommend this company to anyone that is seeking a probate advance with quick funding.

How to get a 4 star average? Simply counter every 1 star review by soliciting for a couple 5 star reviews. Seriously. How many 2, 3 or 4 star reviews are here. Not many. Look at the 5 star reviews. After scanning through three I found one who only had several reviews on Google and two of those were for different names of entities engaging in this very business. Really? Come on people! This isn’t “your inheritance check” (their words haha). It is a LOAN at perhaps THE MOST UNFAVORABLE TERMS POSSIBLE! Protect yourselves from bottom feeders. If you really need a loan to bridge to a windfall, go and actively pursue one from a reputable lender locally or online at terms that favor you. Don’t fall for this.

Nicole was a good help in assisting me and making sure I had all the necessary documentation in. She has been a great support and I would recommend her to anyone. Her due diligence is beyond remarkable.

Jay and his team were very thorough when reviewing my request for an advance from my inheritance.
