Amazing experience working with Superior Mortgage. Jorge Gonzalez kept us informed and answered our many many questions pretty much daily. The entire team works hard at making the experience as painless as possible. 48 hours before closing the team was able to save us over $20k due to dips in the market. The time invested to help the financial health for my family after closing proved their service is not only Amazing but personal. The owner Lisa is an amazing leader. The whole team is compassionate and knowledgeable. I will be telling everyone I know to use Superior Mortgage Co. and I HIGHLY recommend them for ANY of your real-estate needs.

I cannot say enough what a wonderful experience it was working with Lisa and Lydia at Superior. This was not my first purchase of a home, and I have refinanced once to a shorter term AND opened a HELOC. My interaction with Lisa and Lydia was far more efficient and hassle-free in comparison to the prior three transactions. They were responsive, communicative and clear on what we would need to close quickly on our new home. The seller wanted to close within 45 days of our contract and we were able to get it done thanks to Lydia and Lisa. They stayed in touch with me regarding rates and "nagged" me to get all the documents in 10 days prior to closing so there would be no last minute rush. Our closing was therefore calm and peaceful. Five stars!!

They are the best in the industry. I was shopping for a mortgage and tried 3 other mortgage companies and they could not deliver. After speaking to Gail on my first call I was convince. They were able to get me a super low mortgage rate and I only had to pay 3k for closing while the other companies told me I need almost 30k and I don't have great credit. Please don't shop any further and contact Gail I promise you they will get you in your home. I just want to publicly say thank you to Gail, Lydia and Lisa you guys really fight for us to get the best deal .

As everyone knows buying a house could be very overwhelming if you don’t have paper trail of everything. Lisa & Mike were very helpful through the entire process. Lisa always attended my calls and helped me with my questions. Mike was very patient with us and we were able to closed in our home with no major issues. Overall I give them a 5 stars because we went through a lot before we were able to closed. I was very stressed the last couple of weeks thinking we were not going to be able to close, however Lisa always encouraged us to be positive. Very thankful and grateful that we were able to purchased our home with a great deal. Totally satisfied. Michael Is a great element in that company.
