What Debra Benn has done is build a team of professionals who understand not only the work required, but the needs of the customers they serve. Brianna, Tyler, Cody, Maegan and Karissa each bring the best of who they are to their work in the community. I bank there at USB Woodstock not because I need to but because I want to. Deep gratitude to them all.

I love the human-centered approach of this local bank. I always feel like a person, not just an account number or a dollar amount. I've been banking with them for almost 15 years and they have always exceeded my expectations. We also have our mortgage with them and our home and auto insurance.

Everyone, especially the branch manager, Debra Benn, have always exercised a personal effort to make your visit pleasurable and solve whatever issues you might have in a timely manner. I've been banking with Ulster Savings for a very long time and their service has always been FIVE STARS.
