Sheri provided exemplary service coupled with the kindness and patience of a saint to my mother and me. Her knowledge of Pathways' policies and details is a major asset to the credit union. We cannot say enough about how she makes our visits not only productive, but fun! What a beautiful person she is! Victoria is also right up there with Sheri in providing excellent customer service! Everyone at the Aberdeen branch has been so helpful and understanding. The only thing that could be improved is the phone banking. My mom wishes the old phone banking service was brought back. She can't work the new phone system and is extremely frustrated with it. Thank you for the otherwise great service at Pathways!

When I first entered the building. The ladies at the front were very friendly. Overall experience was more than I expected. I was treated with respect. Great customer service skills. I was very pleased with the overall experience. Great job girls and continue doing what you ladies are doing.
