Srsly, NOW you have a new website? Thought you 'got compliments' on the old one? (impossible, it was an abortion of a website) Hope you're happy. Actually, no I don't.

I own a small business in the Akron area and recently tried to work with one of Cascade’s employees- Bob Fillipiak. Cascade boasts that they’re an economic development company that helps small businesses in the community and that was not at all how I was treated. I was pursuing financing for my business to help us grow. Upon presenting my financials I was accused of lying on internal, software generated papers. I was accused of having my CPA lie on my taxes. It was the most absurd experience. He also kept comparing my company to multi million dollar companies which is obviously comparing apples to oranges. Not at all small business oriented. I wouldn’t accept money from them if it were a gift. Check out ECDI- they’re rates are higher but at least their staff treats you like you’re an actual human being and with the dignity you deserve.

Not professional poor quality unresponsiveness and poor value.
