I am only putting 1 star because I can't post without. I purchased a car thru ABC Motor Credit on 12/31/22 and the engine light came on the same day. Not even a half mile down the road. They told us our car note was due 12 days after the purchase, and although the car has been in the shop not in our possession nor drivable, DBS said we still have to pay the note . And they keep attempting to withdraw the funds. Yet I've been trying to speak to a supervisor/manager since 1/5/22 with no answer or call back at all. They just keep transferring me around. I don't feel like we should owe anything when we've paid a $500 down payment for a lemon that everyone is saying they have nothing to do with. And that's in the shop under the warranty company. My husband has lost wages not being able to get to work. And so that he doesn't lose his job altogether we had to pay out our own pocket the high cost of renting a vehicle($700)! Yet they keep trying to withdraw money, SMDH.

If I could rate 0 I would have!! This is by far the worst place you can finance through. The loan was is in my husbands name he was out of work for 4months due to a work related injury. Before the injury he paid every 2wks and his a month in to him being out of work they came and took the truck saying he has to show proof that he had income so they used mines and told us once he was back to work the payments would go back to every 2wks. So we get the truck back once he’s back at work and starts making his bi weekly payments their calling saying his has to pay $654 once a month he then explains that we were only paying that when he was out of work and let them know that we where told once he’s back to work he can start making his normal payments they wanted to go back and forth even though their getting paid every 2wks now not a missed payment since he’s been back to work and then out the blue they come take the truck again they are horrible DO NOT FINANCE THROUGH DBS!!!

I love this place!! They are extremely friendly and go above and beyond to help you with any questions you may have. I've never been with a place like this before. If you fall behind they will work with you as long as you stay in touch with them and keep showing them you are doing your best to keep your word and make your payments.

Do not finance here ! The price you agree upon at the lot and the price dbs gives you is different. You will pay double the value on the car! There is no settling anything or doing business. I have had tristan k and the whole thing has been a nightmare. He is rude wont let you speak and documents notes on your account that you dont even know about. On top of that payments do not line up with payday so you will always have to pay the late fee!! Just catch the bus!

The manager, Al at this company is completely unprofessional. He called me on Monday, November 6 and was very rude, threatening and tried to intimidate me. This is the worst company I’ve ever been a customer of. They have been nothing but problems for me since I’ve opened a car loan in March. I would give less than a star if I could. Do not buy from them/ABC Motor credit. I have filed a complaint with the BBB.

Currently with them as a customer from ABC and that was my first mistake. Have called abt issues with the warranty company they use refusing to fix the problems on my car (issues from day 1) and we’ve gotten nothing but attitude and the run around. If I could give them less than 1 star I would

All they sell is junk at a hight interest rate. Your car will blow up before it's paid off. I have never had a worse experience buying a car in my life. Better off taking bus or walking. #junk #junk #junk
