DBS Financial, Akron, OH

Never had an issue that wasn't corrected. They over charged our account once but money was reversed that day and put back in that day. My bank sent me new debit cards a few times and forgot to renew the account number with them (my fault) which caused late payments, they would call us and let us know immediately. There would always be a late fee but that's any where. Long story short, we now have enough positive credit we were able to go get a newer car with a lower interest rate with out an issue. DBS were the only ones that gave us a chance 3 years ago.

If I could give them negative stars I would. Stay away from this mouse house lender! They must train their employees and "supervisors" Todd to be rude and just mean and nasty. Took a payment after I traded the hunk of junk in on a brand new vehicle. I am now forced to wait 10 business days to get the over payment back so they can make sure the pay off from Haasz Automall goes through. Are you kidding me? How many times does a REAL dealership bounce a check for a payoff? What a racket!! Stay away from this lender/dealership!!!!!!

They are So RUDE! NEVER GO THRU DBS Financial! They had me in tears over my payment being $28 short! The Guy Todd that I talked to over the phone told me I will never have a good job in my future if I don't make the late payment....mind you I pay faithfully every two weeks and my last payment was short. Please to keep your sanity Stay away from this company!

Dude they sold my account to another financial holder and closed my credit account which took me down 50 points on my credit score!! Don't go with them please!! Save your money and buy your own car flat out...

They were the worst company ever I bought a new car, 6mo.lator we were excepted for another even though my daughter paid th e house bills she got a brain infection and was hospitalized for 45 days we had to cover all the bills we had no choice but to turn in the care we drove it up their a week before the payment was due and they still charged us a repo fee a b c moters is great but their refinance company will not help u in your first year mdaughter
