Everytime they call me they are unprofessional and rude. I give them the correct information and they must never record the information because they are constantly calling me. And every single time they call...they piss me off. I cannot wait to pay my damn car off so i can be done with them. I recommend you run as fast as you can from this company. Worst ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Called for someone else said it was about insurance implying it was for health insurance. When I called to let them know it wasn't me, they were extremely obnoxious and hung up on me saying it was about the person they called fors car. They need training on confidentiality!
