Towpath Credit Union, Akron, OH

I cannot speak highly enough about the exemplary customer support that I received from Towpath Credit Union and specifically Laura Adolphson. I applied for a vehicle loan on a Monday and had a check for the dealership by the end of business on Tuesday. Laura was simply outstanding. She went above and beyond to connect with the dealership and make sure everything was taken care of and moving forward while I was at work. I have never had an easier or more cared for experience when obtaining a loan. Towpath and Lara are the BEST!!!!

Do you have bad credit, no credit, or even good credit but can’t seem to find a decent loan?? Well I can tell you this is the place! Rebecca was very professional and helped me set up a savings account, which was a very quick and easy. Kurt (the branch manager) helped me understand the Loan I was getting and really took his time to make sure I understood ever part of the process! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

My experience was very nice going inside the bank the other day. Customer service was very polite and accommodating me in every way. DeHelvelin, gave me lots of good information about the many services the Credit Union now provides. The 13 Months, No-penalty Share Certificate, is a winner in my book. I'm going to increase my savings with this program. I'm also going to up-grade to the new Mastercard, where I can earn more rewards and get 1.5% cash back on all of my purchases. Way to go Towpath, I like all the changes your making for your member's.

The staff at towpath credit union are Rockstars. They really believe in the people they work with and serve. I have never had a single bad experience with any of them. They are always friendly and helpful. They stayed after hours to make sure my auto loan was taken care and the truck of my dreams financed at a rate I could afford. Just want to give a special thanks to Kurt, Ashley, Julie, Nate and any of ladies that stayed late. You guys are Rockstars and really care about your customers and job and it shows!!!!!!

Kat was amazing and should be recognized for her consistent professionalism throughout the process of refinancing my vehicle thru Tow Path. I am sooo happy she was my loan officer and assisted with this transaction. Thank you Kat!!! Be Blessed

I had first walked in greeted by two very nice and beautiful lady's. Then was helped by Kat she was super kind and told us everything we needed to know about opening an account she was super helpful and had some awesome hair and tattoos. As always staff is so kind and helpful. Anytime I have to call they handle whatever issue with speed and courtesy. Several times that I’ve called Priscilla has went out of her way above and beyond to be helpful. I would never leave Towpath it’s like family.
