They take your money if you get sick and you can’t pay your layaway they keep what you paid into it what a joke

TVs are the same price as buying brand new from the store.. btw this is now a Cash America pawn shop

Bought a couple tools and an amplifier. The tools worked however the amplifier did not after I was told they 'check them before buying.' I'm sure they do but I brought it back and asked if I could get my money back they asked if I had the 'piece of mind' insurance and I never even heard that before. Had I been informed about it I would have gotten it. Oh well. The tools I got were fine. The staff was friendly and inviting. Be aware of the audio equipment for sure!

I’ve always loved this location and has always been good to me but today was a different experience. I tried to sell a IPad today to them and the first thing the clerk said to me when she saw it was factory reseted was that she couldn’t take it like that because I could’ve stole it. I had zero issue in logging back in and proving it was not. I actually had sold a Nintendo switch to them and did already factory reset it before that sale. The policy is not the issue, it’s the assumption that the item I was bringing in was stolen. They ended up giving me an offer a little lower than I hoped but I full intended on selling it to them. I understand that some people may do that but for that to be the first thing she said was alarming to me. I’ve loved the shop and have bought much and sold much from there but that interaction alone has me not wanting to give them any more business.

Offered me $300 for a $1800 camera. Heard the one girl asking the other one, what was so special about the camera when they were looking it up and and then was rude when I said that it was worth more. They said eBay listings showed $600. I ended up selling the camera on eBay 3 weeks later for $1600.
