My experience with Superior Credit , Elida Rd was excellent. I worked with Phyllis. I found her to to be very knowledgeable , courteous , and put me completely at ease. I had not purchased a car in 15 yrs. so was a bit apprehensive. As a new customer , I would give a 5 star rating

As always, we received the best service at SFCU. Phillis took the time to explain our options to us and made the process of a loan completely seamless. We are so grateful to have this wonderful credit union in our area!

I called to inquire on borrowing money. Daniel ( my loan officer) took care of my transaction over the phone. He was very professional. pleasant and knowledgeable of my personal business. Daniel called me back in a very short time with my request being approved. E-Signing was very convenient. I will continue to do business with Superior Credit Union because of the positive years of experience I have had with them.

New customer, visit on Friday. Not a very good start. Needs to be more precise when customer opens a account in honestly of services. I am a patient man so hope visits and services will be more open with better communication on future . Will void or update after more visits . Certainly a financial institution would offer all services as a competitor does ?

ATM is garbage unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. Sat in bloody hot sun for 30 minutes behind people. Finally, my turn comes, I insert card and the thing has aneurysm. Probably explains why it took the people in front of me so long. Anyway, I’ll take the out of chain fee to take my money out with chase than step foot on this property again. Never got my money at the end of that wait…
