Ashtabula location - Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Clean lobby, plenty of parking. Great rates. The only downside is the lobby is closed on Saturdays and only work the drive up window….always too many cars in line.

Great credit union! They have always been a big help with any issues I’ve had. The people are also great an help as much as they can. Definitely can’t go wrong banking here. I highly recommend having an account here.because of the people an how the banking system is ran.

Well ... I miss Wells Fargo... Really sad how bad this place is. The service is a real joke.

Lobby is (closed) on Saturdays causing big lines at the drive thru. I counted 17 cars in line at 1130AM on Saturday. That's bad customer service.

Worst bank ever they won't work with you don't care about you terrible service if you want a good bank do not come here
