I filled out a pre-approval application online through credit karma and I got 5 calls in one day from them trying to get me to start the application process but once I started they only called me once per day asking for certain info they needed and if I called them there excuse was they are busy, 6 days later still no loan so I went across the street to lendmark got everything taken care of in less then an hour

Very courteous, helpful & quick about closing my loan.

Last night at work I applied for a personal loan due to my significant other having to get a surgery that will put him out for about 15 weeks and needed some extra money to help financially. The ladies that were there on 02/22/23 in the morning were the absolute best, very straight forward and clear on the whole process and it was very fast! I received a check to deposited right on my mobile banking app for the loan and I couldn't be more happy with the customer service provided. These lady's I'm sure make some good money but they should make even more! Give these ladies a well deserved bonus!! Thank you!!
