To me, a local community bank that cares about taking care of their customers. I worked with Dustin N. to procure PPP funding for my business in 2020, and again in 2021. He was ready through every step, and saved my butt! (In 2020, I had started the process with a larger bank in my area, and most certainly would've missed out on funding...) That attention to me, my business, and our needs was priceless.
