I've had all of my car loans through here since I was a teenager. Staff is always super helpful and interest rates are usually pretty low.

Awesome experience. The staff is very friendly and it feels like home. I have been doing business at New Horizon for awhile and love going in to do my business. All the staff try to help me with all my banking needs. I would recommend the credit union to everyone.

Usually very good place but the last three times I have been there a woman by the name of Amber has been a little bit snotty with me. I have been a customer for a few years and I have been there at least 100 times and seen her half of them and she told her boss when I was cashing a check that she doesn't know me. Well to tell you the truth I don't know her either, as a matter of fact I don't know anybody that works there. I am just a customer just like everyone else that comes in there. Usually three strikes your out but ilI' consider the last one a foul tip. Next time ilI take my business elsewhere.

Other lenders nearby wouldn't even call me back so this place was great. Forget about banks they won't work with you like these people will.
