Belmont Savings Bank in Bellaire Ohio conveniently "stole" $40 from two of our Savings Accounts and only replaced $20 after we complained. Their excuse was "inactivity" but that's why we have a Savings account...to SAVE it not take funds in and out of the bank just to make them happy. We closed our accounts, redeposited elsewhere and received better % interest. If you bank at Belmont, keep a watchful eye on your savings accounts and checking accounts! If you allow your money to rest there to gain interest...without overt activity "management" will STEAL $20. This was the second time! We closed all four accounts at Belmont, and advise you NOT to use this bank! After closing our accounts we talked to management and so far he has NOT refunded our $20. Guess management needs our $20 more than we do lol what a cheapskate! Petty thieves!

Although I did receive the loan and for that I'm thankful. However, it was a horrible experience. When the time came to pay the contractors I was given a run around. Angering the contractors and left me looking foolish
