Liberty used to be an excellent bank with amazing services. However, since the merger their online services have taken a significant hit. I can't do half of the things I used to and it has added purposeless difficulty to my work processes. I would say my work week has gotten several hours longer thanks to these changes, I just hope that it gets fixed soon
