He was available even after hours when he was off the clock. We needed this in a rush and his team was able to Get it done quickly for us. They were very knowledgeable and how to navigate the process efficiently. Totally recommend these guys!

Christian Stalter made getting my first time home buyers loan super simple and was amazing at answering all my questions. Whenever I asked a question he replied quickly which was beyond helpful. Like any first time home buyer the stress and anxiety is high but Christian reassured me on everything and made me feel alot more comfortable with the process!!! I’ve been on the hunt for a new car. When I finally found the car and the price was right I called Firelands. Katherine sprung into action. She was able to get me approved quickly. Majority of the deal was done before I even stepped into the dealership. She made something that seemed daunting so smooth and easy! We only spent an hour and a half at the dealership.
