WORST customer service ever!!!! I don’t know how they even have jobs to be honest. Brian is the only nice one there. All the rest are super rude and I’ve dealt with them for 3 years.

At first getting a loan through them I would of gave them a 5 star. Customer service was awesome and they where very nice. But after being a customer and having to call them customer service sucks. They rush you off the phone, they never even say thank you or bye. I talked to two different employees and neither one of them where very polite. It felt like I was bothering them. Shame on me I missed a payment that my bad. But even trying to ask for forgiveness the only answer was no customer policy. Not understanding the situation and saying sorry but unfortunately per company policy we are not allowed to do that. Flat out rude way of saying we don't care about our customers no. If you have bad credit and are trying to repair your credit I would suggest you looking for other lenders besides this one. If you have good credit to excellent credit try using your bank or well known lender with lower interest rates.

I had a great experience with this company. Not a lot of red tape and the time for processing went rather fast. The people are nice and understanding also. Thanks for your help.

Haylie was very personable and professional. It was a pleasure working with her to get the funds that I needed for my son's wedding!! Highly recommend!!
