Third Federal Savings & Loan, Brecksville, OH

Stacia is the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with! She leaves threatening messages to close an account because we added an additional person and didn’t return a signature within an unspecified time frame. She has not sent us new paperwork. We also wanted the option to just drop that person off the account, but it is a whole process with having each individual meet in-person at the bank to have to close that account and forced to reopen another. Bad customer service. Never had these issues with my other banks.

If you are a first time home buyer stay FAR away from this third federal!! We decided to go with third federal because of the commercials you have been hearing throughout March. Julie was not helpful at all and actually laughed at my boyfriend and I a handful of times, because being first time home buyers we do not know everything and apparently she got a laugh out of it. We also tried contacting them for a whole week with absolutely no response and just a game of phone tag. They made our first expirence of buying a home awful and upsetting. We felt very defeated at the end of this when we really didn’t need to be. Thankfully we have enough people in our corner to help us out and find a diffrent lender who was so much nicer and way more helpful. Unless you are rich you minds well look somewhere else and don’t even waste your time trying with these ignorant unhelpful people who will basically make fun of you if you don’t know exactly what your doing. I will never do business with this company due to the awful experience we had.

Worst bank I have ever dealt with, stay away from Third Federal! I have got my approval from them and then my agent Jessica out of office and we connected with another agent Nichole and she promised that the rest of the process will take 3-4 weeks and we confirmed the timeline is ok, so we decided to go with them. When Jessica came back after 2 weeks, she asked something we already gave her before and a week later, she told us we still need 4-5 weeks, and she/Nichole cannot garantee about the timeline. Liars! Stay away from this bank!

The staff are GREAT and very helpful! When I had to refinance my house , it was a smooth transition. I live in Macedonia, but I drive to the Brecksville bank because of the service!

Bank elsewhere! Went 5x to try to get added to my parents account. No one ever gave me the correct information. I finally left in disgust and will not go back again. The lady in front of me had stage 4 cancer and they were giving her the run around also. Very poor customer service and old school.

Robin helped me with my loan a couple years ago now. Needed her assistance with something recently and she was quick and happy to help. Great customer service.
