First Federal Community Bank, Bucyrus, OH

One star is not low enough to describe how bad this place is. I work for a group home and my office tells us we HAVE to have the bank books accurate. Every time I pull up I get dirty looks thrown my way because, you know, they might actually have to do a little extra work. Myself and the other staff agree that this bank is constantly making mistakes. Well, guess who gets their a$$ ripped if the state decides to pay us a visit? US. That's who. I have tried telling the office that we need to go somewhere else but they won't do it. We just have to keep dealing with it. Something SERIOUSLY needs to change around here. How this place keeps any business at all is beyond me.
