What a phenomenal experience!! Rick and Daniel at the Nick Mayer Location in Mayfield Heights made the car buying process quick and easy. They were very sympathetic to my situation, were not forceful and answered all of my questions with precision. I visited Nick Mayers, just because they sent me out an invite to purchase a car at a great rate, To my surprise they exceeded my expectations, I left day one feeling confident that they were gonna make good on the car deal that we had spoke about. Day two, I waited but no call, but day three, they had gotten it all worked out with the bank They asked for the necessary documents, I provided everything they needed to proceed and before I left, I was driving home in my new car of which I am well pleased. Most importantly, my car note is very reasonable, and in the range that I requested, the very suv that I requested. Although the car had manufacture warranty left, I still bought an extended warranty and my note is still in the price range that I requested !!! I am so glad that I walked in those doors, and so proud to say they did an excellent job,and great business. Great doing business with.
