Our mortgage here was very easy and stress free. Moved accounts here from another bank and always have friendly service when stopping in.

Terrible at handling business. I am a realtor working with a loan officer in the F&M bank. No call backs or communication. My deadline has passed and the deal is falling apart. Called in to talk with Loan Department Manager. Absolutely no help at all. First time dealing with any bank that treated me this way. Will not recommend this bank to anyone after this deal.

Not the bank they once was , The staff is horrible . Do not return calls and they string you along . The staff is rude and one thinks he is god . I do not recommend this bank for mortgages to anyone.. They all have they're heads up each other's a$$ .

I deal with this bank on a daily basis and would recommend them to anyone. Have plenty of knowledgeable staff to answer questions. Nice to still have the ability to walk in and talk to a banker.

Nothing!!! There a good old boy network that would rather loan and loose money to Crack heads than to someone hard working that pays there bills. Tried for a loan turned down but seen them over the years loan money to Crack heads on homes trucks and cats later to repose and auction off! !something very wierd about that bank and there practices..

Set an appointment with a worker there, had a ton of questions about getting a loan because it was my first time trying to get a loan for a home. He answered a few of my questions but VERY vaguely. The gentleman acted like it was a waste of his time and like he wasn’t very motivated to help me. Waited for a response for two weeks and never heard anything.
