I have been going to the into the Credit Union since I was a child because my parents always went there. They are so personable and always do anything they can to help you! They have helped me, help my credit so much. Love them!

They are friendly, and are always willing to help you with anything you need. They even set up trustee savings accounts for the younger kids who want to work. Love this credit union.

Great credit union. We opened accounts here several year's ago and these ladies that work here have been nothing but helpful always. We recently purchased a home an hour away and due to the efficient and caring way they treat us in every matter ,we will continue our accounts here.They are very friendly and helpful also.

I had my card shut down because of unauthorized charges and fraudulent activity as soon as I noticed it. I called SHAZAM card services to dispute charges and shut card down . I assumed they disputed charges but almost 10 days later I noticed that they disputed 1 charge out of the several through bagelcode from August -sept 2023 the same company I had to shut it down the last time for. They was asking me questions like I knew who done it and asked me my email address which they should have already had . They said they would email me documents through DocuSign in 5 days after which puts it two weeks away before even getting sent to my credit union " southeastern Ohio credit Union" . I called credit Union today and I've never been talked to so rude. Everyone has been really nice but whoever I spoke with today kept talking over me and said I see we already sent you a new card so why you calling us!! I was just wondering why SHAZAM wanted to wait so long to send me the DocuSign documents and why they never disputed charges but the women I spoke with today was talking to me like I shouldn't have put my card or used it online. If someone got my info it's not because I gave it to them. I'm sorry but I'm on disability and I'm so angry that I get talked to like a dog by both Shazam and southeastern Ohio credit Union. If you don't want me as a customer just tell me and I'll go somewhere else but to be rude like that was un called for! Roland King

I have not had to resolve issues with the bank much but the few times I have had to resolve any issues they seem to be upset that they have to do anything to fix the issue. When you work at a bank I feel I should not have to spell everything out to you. If I'm trying to pay debt and fix my account they act like it's not a issuethat can be fixed. I don't understand why simple things are made difficult! I don't know if they enjoy their job but the vibes I get from them is that they don't want to deal with me. I will be switching banks soon.
I have never had any other bank be rude or make a small issue seem impossible to resolve..it's stressing to have to deal with this bank. You would think they would want the $40 I owed them instead of acting like they can't help me. She seemed frustrated to have to do more steps to re open my account and let me pay my debt. Today I tried to re-activate my bank card. I was told I can't and then put on hold waiting for her to see if I was eligible to even get a new bank card.
I have never heard of having a account with a bank where I can not get a bank card to access my own money... I wanted to make positive changes and do new things for myself but I will not be doing it through this bank.
