Very rude brad. Will not ever deal with them again. He is very condescending. This company does not deserve one star. He started out telling of a loan and payments which is not what I have. I have 12 months same as cash which he should have started out with then go into that I have the option of the loan. But of course I was telling him that wasn't right and he told me if I let him finish he would have. Then I asked a question of which he told me he already told me and no matter what I asked he said he already told me and then asked if I had any questions which I told him no cause I'm sure he already told me. His attitude and personality and me didn't get along and I wish I did not have to deal with this company. Not nice

It was fast they had the the paperwork ready for me when I got there was in and out with in a half hour made my day off good.

This was my second experience with Mariner and just as my first time, I was very pleased. My representative was not only pleasant, she new her job and explained everything clearly. I again felt like they cared about my financial needs and really were happy to assist me. Thanks again Mariner for being there when I needed you.

While the interest rates are high, the payments are manageable and there is no fee if you pay more, so you can get some of the interest back if you can afford to repay more. This is my third loan from them.

Great way to consolidate debt. You can pay off early, with no fees and your interest rate goes down if you just pay a little extra each time. When I got my offer I thought it was a spam, however each phone call has been with a real person and you go in the office to finalize any paperwork. That's a wonderful system. I would give higher than a 5 with customer service.

I had an amazing experience at the Canton OH Branch! I was able to get everything done quickly and all of the staff were very friendly and helping each other to make the process go smoothly! Would recommend to anyone needing a loan!
