Citizens National Bank, Celina, OH

I just have to say that this is one of the best banks I've ever been gone through! Their hours are very flexible and consistent. Staff is very kind and responds within a couple business days for support. I am starting a business and and Citizens National Bank was able to get me a great business loan. Their app and online banking works great! I highly recommend this bank! Again very supportive and kind staff!

Rod Stover with Citizens National Bank sold me the worst Loan Product I've ever heard of. This loan currently has a 9% pre payment penalty tied to it. Totaling $158,507 in fees. Rod did NOT provide my Attorney with ALL of the loan documents for him to review prior to me closing on this loan. He intentionally left out the SWAP FEE AGREEMENT. Rod has no boss, board of directors or even a loan committee over him to review his actions. This loan product should be illegal. He and other loan officers at their Bank have no sympathy what so ever for their actions. If you have to refinance or payoff the loan early you are absolutely screwed. This was not explained at all. I was recently pre qualified to refinance into a different Bank that had a better loan product that would have saved my business roughly 2,300 per month (for the next 25 years) during an economic crisis when our business needs help. I genuinely think Rod is proud of his actions that he threw one by us and now has us by the balls with Bureaucratic paperwork that no Bank should ever permit.

Great staff and easy to work with. They are always there by phone or email if you need to ask a simple questions. We will continue to bank with Citizens.

I don't know what bank Mac San is talking about, this bank is great. The app is really helpful and the staff is very friendly.
