Steve The notary at this branch obviously needs to go back to notary school because he declined notarizing sellers title without the buyers information which is incorrect I went across the street to fifth third and had a nice young lady notarize it without the buyers information. Very rude doesn’t know how to do his job obviously too well do not recommend seeing him!!!!!! If I could give this branch A zero star rating I would. 2 year experience newbie has the wrong info! Don’t go try to notarize your title at this bank because he won’t!!

Lauren gave me amazing service. She didn’t have the capabilities to handle my issue over the phone right then, but she took my number sorted out my issue and called me right back. I’m very pleased with my experience here. Great customer service even thru these hard times.

Was OK as Mainsource but is a first rate disaster as First Financial Bank! Mortgage dpt doesn’t know what they are doing (newbies). Banking is supported by a national number that never answers. Debit cards decline more often than they approve due to “configuration issues”. Horrible experience!

Only establishment I will bank at! Love the entire crew of employees, they are amazing!

Hands down, the best bank that I've ever dealt with. The employees are well- trained, and they are excellent with their customer service. Every time I've had a problem over the years, they have patiently worked through it with me, and found a solution.
