Fifth Third Bank & ATM, Chillicothe, OH

I used to use their ATM at the Main Street, Chillicothe, Ohio location two times it took my card for no reason. The first time it happened I walked into the branch and was treated rudely and told we can’t help you because its not a Fifth Third card. I decided to try it this evening as this location is very close to my home. It kept my card again!!!!! What a joke l wouldn’t recommend ever using Fifth Third bank or there ATMs.

Went to the atm to deposit at night and the machine ate my cash without any way to contact them. Lucky their machine wasn’t renovated with a sledgehammer.

I've been banking here for 6 years now and the only bad thing I had was getting help to rebuild my credit and getting money for my student loans to pay them off other than that a great company

Went to open a checking account and because they were going to close a half hour later they said they didn't have time even though no one was waiting.

Reinforced my low opinion of banks... I was there with a friend and decided to open an account, since I heard about their $325 deal... Thing is the people didn't remind me of the requirements for the deal until after I created the account... and that made it too late to get the deal. Now I realize that I should have made sure to do everything by their rules, but the fact that they sat there and watched me make the mistake, tells me that they really don't have customer's best interest at heart... And I'll be d###ed if I'm going to do business with someone like that. So I turned around and closed the account O had just opened. That's not the way business is supposed to be. It's sad that so many people have turned to lying in wait for someone to make a mistake so they can gain some benefit from it... I've noticed this particularly when the person making the mistake is a senior citizen... It's not everyone... but it does seem to be on the increase, and it really does have me wondering what I worked all my life for... To be disrespected and run over like I never mattered at all?
