Don’t get payday loans here. My SO kept his payday loan for a long time, and some how the total was always different when paying. It makes no sense. Then he closed the load out, paid it totally off. A month later they call and tell him he owes interest now. Why would he owe interest when he paid it off. This place is scamming and they call you a million times every week “reminding” you to pay. Seriously chill out on that. If you need a payday loan go to Advance America. They don’t charge strange out of the blue fees or different totals everytime.

“Approved” for $1k and received $285, the rest was “collateral”, and after paying off my account in less than 30 days I went from borrowing $285 to paying total $529.. So if you’re in need of quick assistance and a quick payoff this wouldn’t be the exact place. To each their own. Very kind staff but very quick way to get into deep water, financially.

Can’t process a PNC Visa card? So I have to wait in line, waste my time, leave and come back with cash. We won’t use you guys again. Once paid, god forbid we ever need to go to a payday loan office again, we’ll choose somewhere that can process cards like a normal establishment.

They doubled charged my card and refused to acknowledge they made a mistake and return my money even with evidence that they had made the mistake.
