Called to get my wife's account straightened out and spoke with Creg Lyons. Very rude individual who wouldn't work out an automatic payment plan to help get things back on track. Stated they tried to work with her 3 times out of 4 years. I understand what they are saying yet being in the same profession I know over this past year how COVID has effected individuals. Very unprofessional individuals who are rude who need a refreshing course in customer service .

All were nice and know what they are talking about. Tell what things mean and how it works. Very comfortable while waiting for my loan information. They are a great crew to work with, and hats off for Emily you are fantastic!!!

Good company. However, I would suggest going to any location other than Stone Creek. I got a little behind and am trying to get caught up. I was two months behind. On the phone this person told me they send the account to the lawyers when you are three months behind. This was Friday. I wanted to call back Monday once I knew exactly how much I could pay. I was told he was sending my account to the lawyers on Monday. Wait, I am two months behind, not three. Which is it? So I agreed to set up a payment. He wanted the full amount and would not accept one payment unless I scheduled the second! So, I scheduled the second payment, set up my login on line and cancelled it. I am also calling the 800 number Monday to find out exactly what their policies are. I find it difficult to believe they cannot accept a late pmt without scheduling another one. This is no the first time i have had difficulty with this person. I will not talk to him again and I will make it known Monday, I will not answer or return any calls from this branch.
