I paid off an apartment collection years ago and it's still on my credit. I've disputed multiple times!! These people won't take it off of my credit!

COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM PAID MY DEBT OFF AND THEY WON'T GIVE ME A RECEIPT! THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND DON'T GIVE YOU PROOF! THEY JUST TRANSFER YOU TO VOICEMAIL AND DON'T RETURN CALLS

I paid a debt with the apartment complex supposedly they report it to national credit but its still on my credit report!! I have disputed with transunion dozens of times and they wont take it put but yet they said thats it accurate that i paid!! This people wont just take off of my credit and ita hurting my credit score big time!! Shame on you

I have had this debt for a few years now and am trying to get my credit back into shape. I went ahead and paid this debt. They made me pay online or I'd have to pay $15 extra dollars. I submitted the payment and they never sent a receipt. I called to ask for one and was immediately redirected to a voicemail. When looking at my account it shows I haven't paid anything, yet the money was promptly deducted from my account. Now when I try to revisit the account online it acts like it doesn't exist. Soooo why pay a debt you won't get a receipt for. Crooked.

Paid my debt and fell off my credit in about two weeks

Customer Service is awful and I work for one of the top loan servicer’s in the country for customer service. The lady I had was not prepared, she provided incorrect information and interrupted numerous times. Busch league.

Very rude. I had two guys speak to me in a very condescending manner. They need new employees who actually value the term "customer service" and speak to people like they have some sort of decency

No receipt within 24 hours as they mentioned. 29 working hours later and I have not received anything. I am on the phone and the name changed, has been 32 minutes. no response or mention to resolve
