You request a call back and they never return your calls. But if you are one day late one time you best believe they call right away! Seriously was the only time they called me. And when I requested a call from a loan officer to discuss interest rates I heard nothing and still haven't.

Doing business with this organization has been the worst mistake. I feel scammed. I was called every single day twice a day about my payments. Tonya & Tina mainly Tonya pitched an idea to refinance my loan which wasn't that high. Stating the money would go back into my account. Knowing I was having financial problems after losing both parents, a siblings, rent increase, and two knee surgeries. After it was complete I have not been able to reach them by phone or email im still in my 7 days. I had to call the 800 number and I was transferred to Tonya. However she was extremely rude, condescending, argumentative and very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend ANYBODY HERE FOR ANYTHING. I'm very unhappy.

I had a great experience. I contacted them in the afternoon and was able to make an appointment at 4:00 and the loan was done by about 5:15 or so. I check my bank account ar 8:00 the next morning and the funds were there. They were very nice also.

One main financial will decrease your credit score by 3-5 points due to inquiry . Deny you and sell your information . Do your research! This company is a scam . I was pre approved . Submitted all documents and was approved , Then denied. Don’t waste your time !

Be careful...the loan amount that you're looking for versus the amount you actually receive may be different. Why is this bad? Because this is an example of them not listening to you. They changed the loan amount on me...haunted my debt and tried to loan me 6 times the amount that I was looking for and then told me that I qualified for products (making me feel special but ungrateful should I decide I didn't want it) that only benefitted me should I decide to cancel coverage that I already have with my automobile insurance. They authoritatively added it on. I was told that if I didn't like it, I could always cancel it. Well, I did and now I am going to receive a check for $500.00 but all of the interest is still riding on my loan. I want this loan re-written but I bet they won't do it. I asked them to. We'll see. Don't let them push you around.

Applied online with pre approval, then they pulled a hard inquiry on my credit and told me to call during business hours. Maybe they thought I’d forget about them? But I called and they said it was denied. No email, no text, no anything for the 2 days of waiting to call to indicate that it was denied but you know this wouldn’t be an issue if it were still 2011 but it’s not get in the game. This review is not just for the location it’s for the company as a whole. The IT developers need to get better as random free companies on the internet have a better way of communication than one main.
