Quick to try and complete loan apps, inquiries, tack on extras, etc. Non-existent when it comes to responding to voicemails or emails with questions. Modern day loan sharking with rule of 78 loans, undisclosed of course. To the common man, "pre-computed" loan sounds nice and easy; essentially an interest trap where they reap their interest before you even get to touch paying down the principle. Only reason a 1 star isn't deserved completely is the friendliness of the staff, simply trying to do their jobs and go home. There's a reason 17 states have already banned this style of lending.

This company is the worst there is a middle aged black man who works there who talks to no one respectfully I hate this man I loath having to interact with him over the last 2 years. The loans are unreasonable go to a real bank with people who have customer service skills and normal rates. Never ever ever again I can’t wait to get this company out of my life forever.

Bill, from this location is very unprofessional. He says one thing then acts another. He was attempting to breach onemain protocol by taking an insurance payment, for car repairs, and applying it to my principal WITHOUT my consent. He also attempted to "bully" me through gaslight and changing stories. The rest of the team are friendly, understanding, and are at "Rockstar" status.

I had terrible credit. I took a small loan with One Main on Glenway ave. I just paid it off. I now have good credit. They always were willing to work with me and have great customer service. A great place to help you rebuild your credit.
