I’ve been with them a year now. An I honestly haven’t had any problems. I was able get a new car first buyer with no credit! They are big on communication and understanding as well. Thanks prizm!

I got a car from here just over a year ago. I haven't had any issues with this company at all. The interest is a bit high but that's the price of sublending and credit building. I am happy with my car and the company. I would definitely use them again if I needed to.

I don’t understand the many negative reviews this company has. But, after reading so many comments I can see a trend: the complainers are people who don’t pay on time, but most importantly, they DONT communicate. This is a subprime lender, it will give loans to people with horrible credit. What can you expect if you don’t pay? This company is risking their business all the time by lending money to people who have no credit at all.
My experience with them has been great. It was hard to let my beloved car go, but they and 722 funding worked with me to get another car, and not any car, they got me a brand new car with lower monthly payments. I couldn’t believe I would be driving a brand new car after filling for bankruptcy.
Thank you Prizm and thank you 722 funding, you’re good work make a big difference in people who is really struggling financially.

Spoke to three different people about an issue I had with auto pay. Essentially took two payments out in one month. This caused my account to overdraft. I then spoke to two people who had told me that I would be able to get the overdraft fee ($36) reimbursed. I then called three days later where I spoke with a third representative who told me I would not be able to get it back. It would not be irritating if I had not been told by two people (Kristin and Alison who is my account manager apparently) that I would get a refund. Additionally, it would be nice if there was a disclosure on their website stating that if you make a manual payment earlier on in the month that the system will try to take another one.

My husband and I refinanced our auto loan through this company during our bankruptcy a few years ago. We thought it was a good idea at the time because it lowered the balance we owed on my car. The representatives are rude and harassing, they do not work with you and constantly threaten to repossess your car if you are late on your payment. When on the phone with representatives they will argue back with you instead of listening and trying to diffuse the situation. One representative told me one time to go find another company to finance my car through when I said that I was unhappy with the service they provide. Financing our car through this company was the biggest mistake I would rather owe double the amount that I do and work with a company that treats its customers with respect.

Anytime I am unable to make my payment on the set & stone date, my account manager and/or the representative I speak to are very helpful. Whether it be over text/phone call or email, they are always understanding and help me in the ways they can. I lost my job a while ago & reached out stating when I was going to start my new job & when a payment could be made, and the representative offered a very helpful solution (Thankfully, I was able to make the payment in a reasonable time frame). These reps do not WANT to repo anyone’s car or “harass”, anyone. They are doing their job. After reading the reviews, I have personally never received anything remotely threatening. They are just people trying to do their job like everybody else. At one point in time my account manager & I were quite literally laughing together on the phone. No complaints on my end.

PLEASE stay away!!! I made half a payment and asked for 7 business day to make the other half. They immediately threatened to take the car and harassed me everyday with phone calls, emails and text stating they were going to repo the car text said “Clean out our car”. They also reached out to my family member although I was communicating with them everyday. Brian and Katelyn literally just say go borrow money or get a loan. They are absurd! I regret everything about this company
