Just got auto loan with this company already disappointed. The dealer ship failed to send all the papers. This company is rude states I have to get the paperwork by end of the day or they send everything back. I explained im at work can't complete till I'm off he was rude and said they tried to reach me for a week. Which wasn't true. The dealer reached out I gave them everything. Now I have to do it for the 3rd time. After reading the reviews I'm concerned with them not doing their job also. I would not go with this company.

When it comes to something simple and easy, they will help you. If it becomes tedious and dare I say "work", they will pass you to another department and you will get put on hold, then they will hang up. I was in a car accident and was told by regional that they would handle my GAP insurance. It's been 5 months and they have not sent me any type of update. Every time I call to try and get some information, I get to put on hold, then put back into the customer service pool because whoever picked up doesn't want to help me.
Don't go with this company. Save yourself.

My car payment is due today and I still haven't got a bill. For some reason they think it's my responsibility to go paperless to save them money even though that wasn't our original agreement. If they want to lower my interest rate 5% I would do that.

Paid my loan off two years earlier than I was suppose to and after waiting over 30 days for my title I called customer service to see what was going on.. lady was nice and said “sorry we don’t have a address on file to send the title”… but sends the bill to my address every month..

I have been trying to get my dead mom off of my title for 3 years. 3 years ago they said I couldn’t take her off because I’d have to refinance and they wouldn’t approve me because I had only been paying on my car for 6 months. I asked if I would have any issues in the future when I try to refinance or trade in my car. They said I would be fine. Flash forward to now. I am trying to refinance my car loan with another company and can’t because my dead mom is on the title. The first week of me calling in to get this fixed I got lied to by every person I talked to. To the point that nothing actually got filed correctly to start the process. I had to send my moms death certificate over and over to 3 separate people who didn’t actually get it to the right department. Then I was told it would be finished Friday by the end of the day. I called Monday, the person said the title was in just my name and was good to go. Tried to finish my refinance and found out that was a lie. It is not finished. So I’m waiting again. No one can fast track it and every time I call in someone is lying to me. I’ve talked to 15 people and only 2 of them told me the truth and helped me. Never use Regional Acceptance ever. The lies are ridiculous. I’m a very understanding person but I don’t understand how I’m dealing with this 3 years later and am constantly getting lied to not to mention that my finances are on hold while this is going on and I’m hoping they get this figured out before my payment is last due. You literally couldn’t pay me to finance with them ever again after all of this. If I could give 0 stars or -5 stars I would.

if I could do zero stars I would. They are absolutely the worst company I have ever worked with in my life. I paid my car off a d they are holding my title and forcing me to pay fees before they will give it to me. I called numerous times throughout my loan paying more than my payment to insure my car would be paid off and after the loan was paid they told me I owed another $3000 or I could make a deal with them if I had money to offer them . I am a single mom and since could have lost my job twice and they still and putting on more fees and interest. They also lock my account so I can't pay my payment online and it makes it later so they can charge more.. do not deal with these people

This company is very disorganized, very unprofessional, and uneducated when it comes to training employees on their own policies and procedures. Totaled my May 4th and May 5th, called and reported it customer services rep told me they would put my account on hold until we hear back from insurance as they were likely to total it out (not true as that is not their process). Surprise, she lied. Called back a week later to get an update, and if they needed anything, from was told they would handle everything and not to worry “so that I don’t screw it up” again, another lie or someone just making up the rules. Now I have a mysterious balance that does not show on the paperwork, and I received a letter in the mail stating zero dollar balance and they constantly call me the liar that the paper does not say that when it does funny right?

I have been trying to get my Lien Release statement taken care of with my DMV since February, but this dumb company doesn’t understand the document they keep sending me is incorrect!! I’ve called multiple times to have this get fixed and half the time I get hung up on!! I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!! It should NOT be this hard to correct a document so someone can get their lien release statement taken care of. Awful company!!!!
