First off I don't pawn or borrow cash from them, I buy musical instruments and have gotten some very good deals. The staff has always been kind and respectful, as I am to them. They even called me back to let me know that an item that I bought had some accessories that went with for me to come in and pick up. If they were dishonest, they could have easily sold these accessories and I would have never known. Very nice people.

If you go in thinking your pawn is worth more than it is you might get some hard nose business action. That’s not rude. Use to be how you did business. They don’t act snobby but also not tucking you in for bed. It’s a pawn business and they take care of business. Always fine to me.

Was a great experience going here the guy working was extremely nice and made this one of the best pawn shop experiences I have ever had. Again the employee was very nice and didn’t treat me like I was less than he was, like most pawn shops I have been to will. They had very fair prices and I would definitely go to again!

They don't accept any devices for some reason and the cash for it is 1 percent of what you paid for it

The manager of this location of the store was VERY rude to my husband and I this might be the last time we might not come back to this place anymore because of how we were treated which was uncalled for period so I might blacklist them

I had a horrible experience at the one in Chillicothe so I figured I would try the one in circleville, I brought in a very expensive air compressor and right away I could tell nether girl new What the hell they were doing but they acted like they did anyway. So the first question they asked me was does this air compress do? What’s it for ? Does it take gas? And how loud is it because I have a head ache. I thought great this is definitely the wrong place for this item. So I give them the benefit of the doubt and try to do business with them and as I’m there other customers are coming in with other tools and getting the same weird kind of questions. Like how does this drill work and what do you use it for, me and the other customer just look at each other and roll are eyes. So I asked the one in charge how long she had worked there? I said you must be new , and she replied I been with this company for 15 years. So she valued my air compressor at 250 and offered me 60$ I been in sales a long time and I can tell when someone is lowballing me for spite and she was. These girls could sell hot coffee in a coffee house. They have no idea Whst they are doing and are rude and very lazy. Don’t go here a waiste your time. Horrible experience and horrible customer service.

I got a laptop from this place. Got it to go out of town and use. Got to hotel and would not work. Could not get into at all. Get back to return the laptop and was told no that I had a 15 day turn back, no I had 30 days. Would not give money back or give me something different. Will never come here again. This place was a joke

Could they legally sell a LOCKED IPAD ?? With their experience they Sold LOCKED ipad. --i had to Pay fees to return ..... how many people they SCAM on selling LOCKED ipad??? LOG IN before you buy-
